Noma did it again!
For the second year in a row, restaurant Noma was voted the World’s best restaurant!
This is the result of the San Pellegrino World’s 50 Best Restaurants list, produced by Britain’s Restaurant Magazine, which was unveiled in London after voting by a panel of more than 800 chefs, restaurateurs, journalists and food experts.
I must say that it is incredibly exciting to see Noma getting this award again, and a great experience having worked together with the team during these months leading up to today’s final result.
Once again this heavily seasonal and, to a big extent, foraged cuisine has been a favorite for the most influential people in the restaurant industry.
Big congratulations to chef René Redzepi and to the whole team for making this possible and for redefining Nordic cuisine in a great way!
